One ticket, inbox to closed.

Six real screens from a live Locates instance, following a single 811 ticket the whole way through.

1. The ticket arrives

The One Call center emails your locate mailbox. Locates reads it, pulls out the ticket number, address, work type, and due time, and drops it in the queue. Nobody touched it.

2. The queue

Open tickets sorted by due time, emergencies on top. The office and the crew see the same list.

3. Your plant on the dig site

Open the ticket and your fiber and coax are drawn around the address, straight from your TraceWire instance. If nothing of yours is there, clear it as no-conflict without leaving the truck.

4. In the field

The field app on a phone: the ticket, the map, and a camera button. That's the whole screen, on purpose.

5. Proof of mark

Every photo comes back with GPS position, compass bearing, and timestamp burned in. It attaches to the ticket automatically — even if it had to wait for a signal.

6. Closed, and findable

Closed tickets keep their photos and stay searchable by date range and address. Filter to "has photos" when someone wants proof.
